Acquirelytics is a managed acquisition search service for buyers in the lower middle market. We continuously source business-for-sale opportunities from brokers, marketplaces and deal networks across the US and UK, normalize them into one consistent picture, and evaluate each one against a buyer’s specific mandate.
The output is not a feed. It is a short, ranked list of the opportunities that actually fit, with the financials, the broker, and our reasoning attached — reviewed by us before it reaches you.
Who it is for
Search funds, private equity firms, family offices and independent sponsors buying businesses in roughly the $750k to $3m EBITDA range.
It suits buyers with a defined mandate who would rather have origination and first-pass screening run for them than build a deal-sourcing function in-house — and who would rather see ten well-argued opportunities a month than a thousand listings.
How it works
We watch the market continuously rather than on a schedule, so an opportunity is in front of us when it is posted, updated or withdrawn — not a week later. The same business listed in four places is de-duplicated into one.
Every opportunity is then scored against your mandate: industry, geography, size, structure, and whatever else matters to you. You see the ranking and the reasoning, and you tell us where you want to go deeper. From there we handle broker outreach, NDAs and the paperwork that follows.
Who runs it
Acquirelytics is built and operated by Larson Labs. We have spent years buying and operating businesses in this market, and we built the tooling because the search itself was the bottleneck — not the capital, and not the willingness to do the work.
That is also why the service is managed rather than self-serve: the judgment is the product.
