What we collect
Account details (email, name), authentication tokens, and anything you explicitly submit (saved strategies, deal notes, contact-form messages). We log technical metadata — IP, browser, page-view events — to operate and secure the Service.
What we don’t collect
We don’t sell your data. We don’t serve third-party advertising. We don’t profile you for purposes unrelated to running this product.
How we use it
To run the Service: authenticate you, store your work, deliver listing data and analyses, send transactional emails, and improve features based on aggregate usage.
Who we share with
Service providers under contract (cloud hosting, email delivery, payments, analytics) — only the minimum necessary to operate the Service. We may disclose data if compelled by law.
Listing data
Business-for-sale listings are aggregated from public sources. We do not control source-side privacy practices. If you are a broker or owner and would like a listing removed, contact us.
Your rights
You can access, export, correct, or delete your account data at any time. Email us via /contact and we’ll respond within a reasonable period.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to production systems is restricted and audited. No system is perfectly secure, so we won’t pretend otherwise — but we take this seriously.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we’ll notify you in-app or by email before the changes take effect.
